<image:title>Rhino Chiropractic - The body is incredible. It’s great to focus on all the things it’s doing right and its ability to adapt to the stresses we put it through - but sometimes it needs a little help.</image:title>
<image:caption>A body is the sum of its parts, and all of these parts work together to allow us to function properly in everything that we do. When we have an injury, it doesn’t affect just one area of the body. Chiropractic care assesses and addresses the different components of the body through the use of muscle and soft tissue work, to understand exactly how our body parts are interacting with each other. Only when we look at the body as a whole, are we able to heal properly and effectively.</image:caption>

<image:title>Services - Chiropractic Adjustment</image:title>
<image:caption>When a spinal nerve becomes irritated, it can cause pain, inflammation and lack of movement to the joint and surrounding soft tissue (muscle, tendon, ligament, fascia), as well as areas where that nerve travels. A specific chiropractic adjustment helps release tension on the irritated nerve, allowing the joint and muscle to move properly while decreasing pain, tightness and inflammation. If you are experiencing, pain, weakness, decreased range of motion, tingling or numbness, chiropractic care may be able to help you.</image:caption>

<image:title>Services - Soft Tissue & Muscle Rehab</image:title>
<image:caption>When we have an injury like a sprain or strain, scar tissue is laid down and adhesions may form in the tissue. This can cause tightness or feeling ‘stuck’, causing loss of range of motion and even pain. We use techniques like cupping and muscle scraping to release adhesions and scar tissue, promoting proper healing and allowing for correct and full range of motion.</image:caption>

<image:title>Meet the Doctor - A little more about me…</image:title>
<image:caption>Ryne first learned about chiropractic after an ankle injury in high school. It was then he learned that chiropractic wasn’t just about the spine, but rather full body healing and function. He went on to receive his B.S. in Kinesiology and Health Promotion at the University of Wyoming. Immediately following, Ryne moved to the San Francisco Bay to earn his Doctorate in Chiropractic, where he subsequently practiced in the Castro District for 3 years. Community wellness has always been important to Ryne. He served on a week-long chiropractic trip to New Delhi India, providing care to people who have no access to healthcare. He has also provided sports rehabilitation to cyclists on the AIDSLifecycle, a week-long bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles benefiting HIV/AIDS research and prevention resources. Missing the mountains, Ryne has found a home and community in Denver where he now provides holistic, functional movement chiropractic care.</image:caption>
